Customer Service

The Archive provides services to persons and deals with their requests, applications and complaints in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 August 2007.  Nr. 875 in accordance with the rules adopted by the Commission.

At the Šiauliai Regional State Archive, requests by individuals can be submitted by coming to the archive (Vilniaus str. 160, Šiauliai), by sending it by post (Vilniaus str. 160, LT-76298 Šiauliai) or by e-mail. [email protected]. Information is available by mobile phone. +370 683 82 055.

   Opening hours: I-IV 8.00-17.00, V 8.00-15.45, lunch break 12.00-12.45 on all working days.
